This consistent and efficient slicer is constructed out of a durable aluminum alloy material and is intended for high volume operations. The 0.35 hp motor will let you slice meat, vegetables, and even cheese quickly and effectively.
The 14-inch blade is hard chrome plated in order to extend its life and improve its resistance to wear and abrasions. The blade is also fitted with a sharpener to keep it in pristine condition with every use.
Smooth and Efficient Blade
The Nella 14-inch meat slicer features gears that get bathed in oil constantly to help ensure smooth operation, giving you clean, perfectly sliced food.
With the ability to select a cut thickness between 0 and 14 mm, youll be able to achieve expertly thin slices of prosciutto or thicker slices of pepperoni and everything in-between.
The meat slicer’s carriage comes equipped with a guard for added safety and protection from the extremely sharp and fast-moving blade. All components are also designed to disassemble easily for cleaning.
