Energy Efficient Refrigeration System
This efficient prep table features a heavy-duty Embraco compressor that significantly lowers noise and vibration levels and can save you up to 40% more on energy compared to other types.
The units refrigeration system is self-contained and designed to provide balanced refrigeration even under the most demanding of environments. The air-cooled system maintains product temperatures within the refrigerated section between 33 and 38F and is operated by a high-tech Dixell digital temperature controller.
Magnetic door gaskets are also supplied with the refrigerator to help maintain internal temperatures as well as keep dust and other debris out.
Sufficient Storage and Preparation Space
The 44-inch Atosa pizza prep table comes equipped with an extra deep, full width cutting board that makes it easy to prepare all sizes of pizza right on top of the unit. The convenient pan area on top can hold six 1/3-size food pans, giving you plenty of space for keeping your most popular pizza toppings close at hand.
This pizza prep station also features a refrigerated base with 9.7 cubic feet of storage space perfect for keeping extra ingredients, toppings, and sauce at food safe temperatures until you’re ready to use them. The fridge is equipped with two epoxy coated wire shelves that prevent rust and corrosion. Each shelf has a load capacity of up to 155 pounds and come pre-installed inside the unit.

Both the interior and exterior of this refrigerated pizza prep table are constructed out of a high quality stainless steel that makes the unit easy to clean and maintain, while offering the most modern appearance guaranteed to suit any commercial kitchen and pizzeria.
The refrigerated base features a self-closing and stay open door, which means that if the door is left open under 90, it will automatically close completely saving you on energy, and helping preserve all the contents inside. However, if the door is left open over 90, it will remain ajar making it much easier to load a large number of products at one time. Prep table doors also feature recessed handles that help prevent them from catching on anything or anyone while also making them easy to clean.
A set of four high quality 5-inch swivel casters are also pre-installed to help improve mobility. These industrial casters are designed to hold over 150 pounds of weight and come with brakes on two of the wheels for added safety and control.
