Perfect for restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, and other food service establishments that need a reliable method for keeping pre-cooked meals hot prior to serving. This high-performance cabinet delivers 2,000 watts of power giving you the confidence that your food is being held at safe temperatures at all times.
It features an on/off power switch, indicator lights, a digital thermometer, and an easy-to-use temperature dial that lets you adjust the heat within the cabinet, without adding moisture, between 80F and 200F. The heating module is completely removable to allow for easy cleaning and servicing. It can also be upgraded in the future with a different module without the need to replace the entire cabinet.
The Metro C539-HFC-U is insulated with patented technology designed to retain heat and save energy while remaining cool to the touch on the outside. The exterior is constructed from a durable polymer thats dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also features a clear aluminum and polycarbonate door that lets you see and monitor your products inside at all times without sacrificing heat loss when opening up the cabinet.
The full-size cabinet comes equipped with 18 universal slides for holding a variety of pans. The nickel-chrome electroplated wire slides are adjustable on 1.5 increments giving you the option to add more as needed. The slide style offers you the convenience of holding up to (18) 18 x 26 pans or up to 34 full-size 12 x 20 GN pans.
It comes standard with 5 swivel casters with brakes on the front set allowing you to easily move the unit as needed for cleaning or maintenance.
